At GlossyScoops.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds (Mystery Products)

Due to the nature of our products—especially mystery boxes, surprise items, and other randomized goods—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

Each item is packaged and shipped as described, and while we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction, the surprise element means the specific contents of each box may not meet personal preferences or expectations.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective. To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective item(s)

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order number

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist you with a claim.

For packages that do not arrive and show no tracking updates for 14+ business days, contact us so we can investigate and assist with a possible replacement or refund.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us at Glossyscoopz@gmail.com with your order number and a request for cancellation.
